718th Brooklyn Jolly Rovers Details

Welcome aboard!

This group is open to all registered OSG scouts in Brooklyn 18 years old and over.

Why Rover? It is an opportunity to lead by example, serve our community, develop outdoor skills and enjoy the Game of Scouting together. If this resonates with you, contact the Membership Coordinator today for details on joining us!

The Rover Crew holds a regularly scheduled meeting one weekday every month with community service projects, events and outdoor excursions on weekends and holidays.

Please Note: Membership in the 718th does not substitute for membership in another troop.

We encourage all Rovers to also join their local troop so they may participate in all-ages activities as well as Rover crew specific events.

718th Brooklyn Rovers Necker

When we scout together as a Crew, we leave our regular group neckers at home and wear a special necker representing all of Brooklyn. The Jolly Rovers’ necker is black with a thin white band. Black and white are the colors of our "Brooklyn Badge" and represent the wide and diverse borough we love.
